Wagyu (和牛 Wagyū, literally “Japanese cow”) refers to several breeds of cattle, the most desired of which is genetically predisposed to intense marbling and to producing a high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat

 

Culinary Delight

Yakiniku – traditional Japanese BBQ – brings out the fulsome flavour of Wagyu Beef and the cooking style accentuates its melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

Wagyu Beef has a higher ratio of  unsaturated fats to saturated fats than all other beef breed in the world. As well as having a higher percentage of the more healthy fats, it has a far superior texture and taste.
